The IPMC™ Project Management Methodology involves creating and maintaining detailed plans throughout the project life cycle. This includes establishing and updating estimates related to cost, schedule, work product size, and critical technical parameters. Commitments to the project’s objectives and plans are upheld throughout the duration of the project. Participants and stakeholders are identified and organized to achieve project goals.
